Position Summary:We are currently hiring for our 9:45am-3:30pm shift Wednesday-Friday
The role of a Kid Zone Team Member is to represent the business in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company's core values and vision. We want every Team Member “TO BE REMARKABLE”. No one remembers the average or good, our vision and goal is to leave a positive “Mark” on every person we come in contact with. To go above and beyond in all that we do so the guests experience is so amazing they have to remember it. The Team Member Associate is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. A Guest Service Associate is able to work with like -minded individuals who share in their excitement and passion for guests having fun and creating memories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for checking guests in, collecting payments, verifying waivers are signed, and rules are reviewed.
- Responsible for sharing the benefits of the Monthly Kid Zone Membership with every guest.
- Responsible for learning all of the beverage recipes and offering drinks and snacks to guests.
- Responsible for managing the flow of guests in and out of Kid Zone and assisting with questions as needed.
- Responsible for managing the Reservation Book regarding guests parties and events.
- Responsible for booking parties/events
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Kid Zone, making sure all bathrooms are stocked and the soda bar is clean and stocked.
- Responsible for arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
- Responsible for following all corporate policies and procedures.
- Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by memorizing and using Kid
- Zone terminology and the scripts.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to receive and implement feedback.
- An ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a team on a daily basis.

- Ability to learn and operate a POS system
- Sales experience is preferred
Compensation:Team members are an hourly position starting at $12hr
